If you still aren't booting into Dual-Channel, you seem to be running at an overclocked speed of RAM if I'm not mistaken (else, I'm drunk and reading your picture wrong) change your XMP profile setting (This is in your BIOS) to 1600MHZ or Auto just for science, Note: If this causes your computer to not boot at all you just need to remove the CMOS battery for 30 seconds (Don't need to hold the power button like you've described up top, just unplug the power from the board and remove the battery for 30 seconds, put it back in and it should boot right back up with default settings in your RAM, try the opposite setting that chose first (If 1600, try auto, ect). I take it all of the RAM is the exact same timing/brand, if not make sure you use the same brand and timing to do this, put a 8GB stick in RAM Slot 1 and Slot 3 (Not 2, 1 and 3 are Dual and 2 and 4 are Dual, not 1, 2 and 3, 4 common mistake) boot up and check to see if its running in Dual-Channel or not, If that does not boot it into dual-channel try swap one of the 8GB's with one of the other sticks that you have and check again. To start, 32 GB's is overkill so lets try to size that down just to see if it'll run Dual-Channel at 16GB.
